All new Rolex watches purchased from one of the brand’s Official Jewelers come with a five-year international guarantee. When you buy a Rolex, the Official Jeweler fills out and dates the Rolex guarantee card that certifies your watch’s authenticity.
The five-year guarantee which applies to all Rolex models is coupled with the green seal, a symbol of its status as a Superlative Chronometer. This exclusive designation attests that the watch has successfully undergone a series of specific final controls by Rolex in its own laboratories according to its own criteria, in addition to the official COSC certification of its movement.
Every Rolex is delivered in a beautiful green presentation box that is both protector and keeper of the jewel that nests inside it. This dial features hour markers in 18 ct gold, set with 32 diamonds, and a Roman VI and IX in 18 ct gold, set with 24 diamonds. It is cut from carnelian, an orangey-colour stone typified by lines of varying shapes and sizes forming an artful cameo of patterns.The dial is the distinctive face of a Rolex watch, the feature most responsible for its identity and readability. Characterised by hour markers fashioned from gold to prevent tarnishing, every Rolex dial is designed and manufactured in-house, largely by hand to ensure perfection.
Diamond-set bezel
Gem-setters, like sculptors, finely carve the precious metal to hand-shape the seat in which each gemstone will be perfectly lodged. With the art and craft of a jeweller, the stone is placed and meticulously aligned with the others, then firmly secured in its gold or platinum setting. All Rolex watches are assembled by hand with the utmost care to ensure exceptional quality. Such high standards naturally restrict Rolex production capacity and, at times, the demand for Rolex watches outpaces this capacity.
Therefore, the availability of certain models may be limited. New Rolex watches are exclusively sold by Official Rolex Retailers, who receive regular deliveries and independently manage the allocation and sales of watches to customers.
